MyTenancy is an on-line service available to CHISEL tenants, allowing you to keep up-to-date with your rent statements and the status of your repairs, all in one place online.

CHISEL Tenants who are directly managed by CHISEL can now see your rent account and repairs history online. CHISEL Tenants who are managed by our agents (eg Three Boroughs, LFSA, Colne) won’t see rent info, and will only see repairs directly managed by CHISEL; usually larger or more complex jobs.

    Current balance and rent history, if you pay your rent to CHISEL (NOT available if you pay to our agents: Three Boroughs, LFSA or Colne)

    … and whether they are complete, if these repairs were done directly by CHISEL (NOT where done by our agents)

  • Some key info

    CHISEL have about yourself

  • Make an online rent payment

    by connecting to Allpay

  • make a query about rent to CHISEL

  • tell us updated information about yourself
