In 2016, CHISEL asked our tenants how satisfied they are with their housing and the services they receive from CHISEL and our managing agents.
Overall satisfaction has risen since the previous survey. The survey identified a number of areas to improve, and the information provided is helping CHISEL to set priorities.

More than half of CHISEL tenants returned surveys, and five won a £50 prize in a random prize draw.
All information tenants gave was anonymous, unless they chose for it to be shared with CHISEL. The survey was carried out by Acuity, an independent organisation.
