The team at CHISEL are available to assist residents, including helping residents with advice on making benefit claims. We may not have all the answers but have a great network that we can signpost to other resources.
We are taking all repairs reports, and doing essential repairs, within government guidelines.
Our office number (020 8692 5258) is active and available 9-5 Mon-Thu. It is diverted to a company mobile phone, so if we are engaged, just call again a little later. Our Out Of Hours repairs service is operating normally during the rest of the time.
Residents are speaking to us when they need to – thanks for your consideration. Email is a great way to contact staff – all email addresses are being checked. Staff are working remotely. with full access to CHISEL’s information and systems.
