Residents can contact the office by phone and email as usual. Please do not come to the office in person, unless pre-arranged with staff.
Repairs: please continue to report repairs by phone, email, or web forms -for more info see Report a Repair.
If you are isolating yourselves due to actual or suspected coronavirus, please let us know.
We understand that some residents (especially older people or those with underlying health conditions) may have concerns about contact with visiting contractors, or CHISEL staff. We will check your situation as part of ordering repairs, to minimise risk to all concerned.
Rent: We cannot accept rent from tenants in person. Please see How do I pay rent? for alternative ways to make payments. Your rent is your responsibility; however, if you are having difficulties, contact us to assist you.
