Location: St Andrews Centre Brockley Road London SE4 2SA

The agenda for the AGM is here: Agenda – CHISEL AGM 23 Sept 2021

Due to safety concerns over Covid-19 variants we will not be holding a residents’ meeting on the same evening as the AGM this year – the next residents’ meeting will be held later in the year.

Due to the ongoing situation with Covid-19, this year we are asking everyone to RSVP if they wish to attend the AGM, so that we can keep track of numbers. Please send your RSVP by email to [email protected] or by post to the CHISEL office.

We ask all attendees to follow the following Covid-19 safety guidelines:

Please do not attend if you have Covid symptoms, or if you have been in contact with anyone with symptoms or required to self-isolate or quarantine. We recommend you take a Lateral Flow Test in the 48 hours before attending.

At the welcome desk attendees must sign the register. By registering the attendee agrees that they are Covid symptom free and not required to quarantine or isolate, and can be contacted in the event of a positive test of another attendee.

Entry to St Andrews will be through the main door at the corner of Brockley Rd and Wickham Rd.

Face masks: we request that attendees wear masks as much as possible during the meeting. We recognise that this is not possible for everyone. Disposable face masks will be available at the welcome desk.

Distancing: while at the meeting please observe sensible social distancing wherever possible, including when using the toilets. There will be distancing between chairs.

Please do not arrive more than 5 mins before the start of the meeting, and leave the room promptly afterwards.

Please use hand sanitiser on entry – it will be available at the welcome desk.

At the welcome desk attendees must sign the register. By registering the attendee agrees that they are Covid symptom free and not required to quarantine or isolate, and can be contacted in the event of a positive test of another attendee.

Refreshments: we will provide individual refreshments (cold drinks and biscuits) – attendees may also bring their own refreshments.
