CHISEL's housing management is performed by the the Housing Manager. CHISEL's management committee sets the policies, agrees exceptions to policies, and monitors performance. Operation of the company is the responsibility of the company secretary, with support from the finance manager.
Some of CHISEL's housing is managed by LFSA and Three Boroughs housing co-operatives. They have Management Agreements which give them more control than SLFHA have. LFSA and Three Boroughs operate under their own policies, provided the policies are acceptable to CHISEL.

LFSA and Three Boroughs have an income which varies with performance.
